A. Initial Charging of lead acid batteries:

• The manufacturer will provide the complete procedure for initial charging of batteries.
• The manufacturer will provide the electrolyte in ready to use condition OR will provide the cost of electrolyte on actual.
• If manufacturer requires batteries in packed condition after initial charging then manufacturer will arrange to provide complete packing material.
• The basic pricing for initial charging will be as per price list below.
• GST will be chargeable extra as applicable.
• The delivery and pick up of battery will be arranged by manufacturer/distributor/dealer including loading / unloading / labor cost will be payable on actual.
• Segregation of faulty batteries and reporting activity will be part of initial charging process. For all faulty batteries charges shall be applicable as per agreed price.
• TAT for initial charging for 12 V 100 AH (charging 60 batteries in one set) will be 5 working days from the date of receipt of batteries at our center. This is an example of Turnaround Time (TAT). Detailed TAT table with different AH capacity will be shared separately.

B. Re-charging of batteries (stored in ware house of distributor, dealer location or any other location on PAN India basis)

• We can recharge the batteries as per our procedure or the manufacturer can also define the procedure for Re-charging of the batteries.
• The D.M. water and electrolyte cost is included in the price list below.
• If manufacturer will provide the batteries in packed condition and batteries need to be returned in packed condition, then in such case the unpacking and packing charges will be extra as per price list.
• The basic pricing for initial charging will be as per price list below.
• GST will be chargeable extra as applicable.
• The delivery and pick up of battery will be arranged by manufacturer/distributor/dealer including loading / unloading / labor cost will be payable on actual.

• TAT for Re-charging for 12 V 100 AH (charging 60 batteries in one set) will be 3 working days from the date of receipt of batteries at our center. This is an example of Turn Around Time (TAT). Detailed TAT table with different AH capacity will be shared separately.

C. De-sulphation of Sulphated batteries due to long storage or any other reasons.

• We will de-sulphate the batteries with our unique technology and know-how after conducting screening test as per our standard procedure.
• The cost of D.M.Water & Electrolyte is included in price list.
• If manufacturer will provide the batteries in packed condition and batteries need to be returned in packed condition, then in such case the unpacking and packing charges will be extra as per price list.
• The basic pricing for initial charging as per price list.
• GST will be chargeable extra as applicable.
• The delivery and pick up of battery will be arranged by manufacturer/distributor/dealer including loading / unloading / labor cost will be payable on actual.
• Segregation of faulty batteries and reporting activity will be part of initial charging process. For all faulty batteries charges shall be applicable as per agreed price.
• TAT for Re-charging for 12 V 100 AH (De-sulphating 16 batteries in one set) will be 5 working days from the date of receipt of batteries at our center. This is an example of Turn around Time (TAT). Detailed TAT table with different AH capacity will be shared separately.

D. Attending the end customer complaint

• The manufacturer will provide the complete warranty policy.
• Charges per visit shall be applicable to attend any call. The other charges for battery charging or servicing will be applicable as per agreed pricing of each process.
• The manufacturer will provide the acceptance criteria for all back up application batteries.
• The manufacturer will share the complaint detail which includes customer name, address and contact number, Battery type and date of sale.
• TAT for visit to attend customer complaint at customer or dealer’s location will be maximum 48 hours within city and 72 hours outside the city. (Maximum 50 Km radius).
• Our engineer will visit the customer site to attend the complaint and will check the batteries as per the below points:
1. Engineer will check the battery and make the complete report.
2. If battery is defective and under warranty, then will inform to the battery manufacturer/dealer to replace the same.
3. If battery needs charging then the customer to send the battery to service center for charging. Addition charges for charging will be charged from the company as per price list.
4. If engineer will collect the battery and after charging, if battery is found ok. then will return it back to customer. In such case charges for recharging and transportation of battery will be charged from the company
5. If battery found defective then the report will be sent to the manufacturer/dealer for replacement.

E. WARRANTY VALIDATION

1. Warranty validation of all defective batteries will be done during the visit and report submitted to the manufacturer.
2. Validation charges per battery will be as per the prices given above.
